Advanced training of Accredited Programs requires prior training in one or more of the Lewis Deep Democracy courses.

PROGRAMS 

LDD INSTRUCTOR PROGRAM

Borne out of a demand from various parts of the world for more people to have access to the tools of Lewis Deep Democracy, the Level 1 Instructor Program was introduced in 2009.

The purpose of the Level 1 Instructor Program is for you to embed the theory and tools taught in the Level 1 course and become skilled in teaching and transferring these to Level 1 course participants.

Pre-requisites to applying for the Program:

  • Completion of the Lewis Deep Democracy courses Levels 1 – 4.
  • An I-Know-Me (IKM) personality assessment completed within the last 5 years.
  • Completion of the Personal Development Program.

Outline of the Program:

Phase 1:   Self-learning via the training manuals and video material.

Phase 2:

i.  6 x 1-hour teaching sessions, focusing on the theory and how to teach the 2-day Level 1 course.

ii. 1-day Boot-camp’ where you practice teaching the course material supported by a Level 1 Instructor

Phase 3:

i.  Deliver two Level 1 courses under in-room supervision by a Level 1 Instructor, followed by online Elder supervision.

ii. Independently (on your own) deliver one Level 1 course, followed by online Elder supervision.

Phase 4:   Evaluation and qualifying process.

Phase 5:   Accreditation, including signing an annual Instructor License & Supervision Agreement with Deep Democracy Pty Ltd.

ii. Independently (on your own) deliver one Level 4 course, followed by online Elder supervision.

Phase 4:   Evaluation and qualifying process.

Phase 5:   Accreditation, including updating your annual Instructor License & Supervision Agreement with Deep Democracy Pty Ltd. to incorporate your license as a Level 4 Instructor.

OTHER ADVANCED LDD PROGRAMS

The Personal Development Program is designed for those who have completed Lewis Deep Democracy courses Levels 1 – 4, and want to integrate the theory and tools into their day-to-day personal and work life.

The integration process includes knitting the methodology into your own unique style to enable you to gain valuable insights and personal growth that will develop your proficiency and confidence as a Lewis Deep Democracy practitioner.

The PDP also establishes the foundation for those wanting to continue to the Level 1 or CoResolve Instructor Training Programs.

Pre-requisites to applying for the Program:

  • Completion of the Lewis Deep Democracy courses Levels 1 – 4.
  • The I-Know-Me (IKM) personality assessment.

Outline of the Program:

The Lewis Deep Democracy toolkit is broken down into modules which are addressed over a 6-month period. Each month the program concentrates on specific tools and different aspects of the theory, and requires that you:

  • Join a 90-minute online group supervision session with a PDP Instructor.
  • Practice the tools at an advanced level in your personal and work lives.
  • Complete written exercises and journals and submit these to the PDP Supervisor and your PDP Coach.
  • Have a 1-hour, one-on-one online personal coaching session with a Lewis Deep Democracy coach.

Powered by Lewis Deep Democracy, the CoResolve Leadership program was designed in 2014 to meet the needs of leaders, managers, consultants and anyone driving an initiative or goal, who may not be able to adopt the neutral role as prescribed in the Lewis Deep Democracy methodology.

The purpose of the CoResolve Instructor Program is for you to embed the theory and tools taught in the 2-day CoResolve Leadership course and become skilled in teaching and transferring these to CoResolve course participants.

Pre-requisites to applying for the Program:

Completion of either one of the following two pathways:

  • Pathway 1:

Completion of the CoResolve 2-day Leadership Course.

6 group coaching sessions.

6 individual coaching sessions.

An I-Know-Me (IKM) Personality Assessment.

Or

  • Pathway 2:

Completion of the CoResolve 2-day Leadership Course.

Deep Democracy Level 3 andLevel 4 courses.

The Elder Program was developed in 2012 to meet the demand for supervision from the increasing numbers of Lewis Deep Democracy practitioners, facilitators and Instructors.

This Program concentrates on deepening your self-awareness and equipping you with advanced skills to provide:

  • Technical Supervision: supervision relating to the practice of Lewis Deep Democracy.
  • Lewis Deep Democracy Coaching.
  • Advanced Supervision for anyone struggling with Metaskills due to personal patterns and emotional issues. Advanced Supervision supports participants to gain insight into these issues, and to step into another dimension of her or his practice.

This program will support your personal growth and build your confidence and competence in all your personal and professional roles, and especially in your Elder role in the Lewis Deep Democracy community.

The Elder Program generally takes place over a year and is very practice focused. It includes monthly group online sessions with Myrna Lewis as well as a number of face-to-face days for supervision and practice. It also requires regular journal work.

Pre-requisites to applying for this Program:

Pathway 1:

Completion of the CoResolve 2-day Leadership Course.

6 group coaching sessions.

6 individual coaching sessions.

Pathway 2:
